Community Involvement

In the quest to make a difference there is more than just a few people can do.  The Safety Solutions Coalition depends on the kindness and support of community members.  Community support can be provided in many ways a few examples follow.

Donations:
Monetary donations help to support many budget items such as community events, youth conferences, leadership training, supplies, travel, and staff salaries. Without the donations of community members the influence of the Coalition would not be what it is now.

Material donations also can help support the function of the Coalition, donations such as food for community events, coupons that can be used as incentives for safety outreach programs, supplies and venues for meetings and activities, just to mention a few.

Volunteering:
People are perhaps the most valuable asset that we have at the Coalition.  We are always in need of people to help set up community events, support school Red Ribbon Week activities, support our efforts by training and teaching our staff and youth, supporting school assemblies, and being a voice in the community for change.  Your skills, your knowledge, and especially your time can help us to make a difference in our community.

Partnership:
The Safety Solutions Coalition welcomes local businesses to help support the community by partnering with us for change.
